PATRICIA ROBERTS
President and Co-founder has over 20 years of award winning executive management experience. Patricia is a dedicated leader in R&B's long-range planning, sales and marketing initiatives and management of daily operations. Her vast array of experience in purchasing, electronic equipment manufacturing and training with organizations like Boeing and Lake Dallas ISD promotes business growth for R&B Network Services.

PHILLIP ROBERTS
Senior Vice President and Co-founder has over 35 years of award winning experience as an operations executive. Phil is a highly accomplished operations executive within the telecom sector. With wide-ranging experience performing domestic and international equipment sales, project management, hardware/software installation, test and evaluation and managing large services for companies like Alcatel and Magnetek. His intellectual property greatly contributes to our asset base.

DAVID M. WOOD
Director of Operations has over 30 years of experience in project management, construction methods, field operation management, contract preperation and administration. He is a graduate of Ohio University and received numerous commendations while serving in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician from 1966 to 1971 on the USS John S. McCain. He has established policies, procedures and strategic direction for field and corporate operations for companies like Alcatel-Lucent Technologies, Fluor Daniel and Dupont Construction. David is responsible for value engineering, estimation, negotiation, specification interpretation and establishing guidelines for project completion schedules with zero tolerance for non-comformance. David has successfully completed numerous projects for R&B Network Services and is a key contributor to our success.

W. BRENT COOK
Senior Manager, Operations brings more than 18 years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering and Customer Operations to R & B Network Services, Inc. He is a detail oriented, big picture, customer oriented engineering professional. He has managed multi-million dollar capital equipment projects for large domestic and international semiconductor manufacturers and provided customer operations management for large and small telecommunication service providers. Prior to joining us at R & B Network Services, Brent was Project Manager & Project Engineer with FSI International and a Manager of Customer Operations with Alcatel.
